Self-rating quizHow does RE-AIM fit with your work and goals?

You and your organization want to have a positive impact on people whose lives you touch. Reaching enough people to help improve population health statistics is one of your ultimate goals. For example, it would feel great to say that you've helped reverse an upward trend of obesity among people in your community through promoting healthy nutrition and physical activity.

If you want these things, where do you start? What can you do to maximize the positive effects of your efforts?

A group of scientists is trying to answer those questions. To help themselves, their colleagues, and people like you, they devised the RE-AIM framework. It provides public health and community settings a systematic way to approach health behavior promotion planning, design, and evaluation.

This website will help you apply the same elements to your work. We want to help you attain a greater positive public health impact through your work. As you think about issues related to health behavior interventions, you'll discover what aspects are most likely to contribute to your program's long-term success.
